Joshua was the puppet wrangler for the final two years of the original broadway production of Avenue Q (2003 Tony Award for Best New Musical) which transferred off broadway in 2009 and completed a 15 year run in 2019.

He was responsible for maintaining 40+ puppets (some of which were original broadway puppets) designed and built by Rick Lyon. Additionally, he ran a rigorous backstage track styling, rigging, and moving puppets on and off the small ensemble of puppeteers each and every performance 8 shows a week!
